A free campground in BLM land a very short distance south of Winnemucca. Multiple sites with fire rings and picnic tables. Vault toilets. Adjacent to mountain stream and this particular site features a sheltered picnic table and is next to a busy dirt road. Enough room for two vehicles. Some cell service. Somewhat recommended due to convenience.
