I re-queried AGFC's live ArcGIS layer 1 (the source that produced this row) today. This point's 'Associated WMA' field reads 'Trusten Holder WMA', its county code is 01 (Arkansas County) and its associated waterbody is the White River. It is NOT on Felsenthal National Wildlife Refuge, which lies about 130 miles south in Ashley/Bradley/Union counties, so the Felsenthal quotation above does not justify this row and must not be reused on its page. THE RIGHT SOURCE, READ TODAY: AGFC's own Trusten Holder WMA page, https://www.agfc.com/wma/trusten-holder-wma/, under the heading 'Camping', says verbatim: "There are 5 primitive camping areas located in Arkansas County." The same page gives the ownership split -- "AGFC: 4,406 acres; USFWS: 1,490 acres; US Army Corps of Engineers: 4,372 acres" (8,173 acres) -- which is why AGFC's GIS marks this particular point 'USFWS'. AGFC's GIS holds four free primitive camping points on this WMA in Arkansas County (Boundary Road, Riverside #1, #2 and #3) against the five the page claims, and separately holds the fee parks the same page describes -- Merrisach Lake, Pendleton Bend, Notrebes Bend and Wilbur D Mills, all flagged 'Fee Site' -- so the two sources corroborate each other closely. Name, coordinates and the 'No Fee Site' flag on this row are unchanged in the live service. CAVEATS THE PAGE SHOULD CARRY: this is USFWS-owned ground inside an AGFC-managed WMA, and the same page notes "Portions of Trusten Holder owned by the USFWS are closed to bear hunting", so federal refuge rules can add restrictions AGFC does not print; the WMA sits on the White River and floods.
