Park also has an 18-hole disc-golf course, playground and trails; the RV parking area is UNLEVEL (slopes toward the road) so carry leveling blocks. FREE-TIER + DONATION -> fee=0, note leads with the ~4-free-days tier and the donation. The city states, verbatim: "Free campground use is limited to 4 days. $20/day fee after 4 days."; "6 - 30 amp outlets"; "1- 50 amp outlet"; "Water and sewer dump stations"; "Eight back into sites"; "Park facilities are available on a first come first served basis. No reservations are taken." The same page prints the governing ordinance. Sec. 76.045: "One to four days No Charge / Every day in excess of four days $20 per day" and "The maximum length of stay in said campgrounds shall not be more than 10 consecutive days or not more than 12 days in any 30 day period; any requests for extensions on length of stay shall be made to the park superintendent and approved by the city manager." Sec. 76.043: "The campgrounds in city parks shall be open to and for public use at all hours of the day" - which is the clause that lets you stay overnight even though the general Parks page says "The parks are open daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m." RESTRICTION A READER NEEDS, verbatim: "The campgrounds in the city parks shall be available exclusively for the use of tourists and other visitors to the city and shall not be available for commercial use or for use by any persons plying any vocation or business within the City or County". CORRECTIONS TO THIS ROW'S EARLIER TEXT: the city says EIGHT back-in sites (community listings said 5-6 or 12); the city lists 6x30A + 1x50A OUTLETS and a water/sewer DUMP STATION, and does NOT say every site has a water pedestal - do not promise per-site water; and the city page does NOT mention donations anywhere, so the "donations requested" line is community-sourced only and should not be presented as a city request. The free-for-about-4-days-then-about-$20 tier the community reported is now confirmed exactly by ordinance. DECISION: approved.
