COUNT CROSS-CHECK IS WEAKER HERE AND I AM SAYING SO: the Hugo WMA page says only "Primitive camping areas are offered on the area", with no number, while the live layer carries 17 Hugo WMA points. The prose does not contradict the layer, but neither does it confirm this specific point the way Canton's 'fifteen' does. Approved on the strength of ODWC's own mapped, open-to-public point plus a permissive published area rule -- not on a matched count. Hugo carries no seasonal non-hunting closure, unlike Canton, Atoka, Pushmataha, McGee Creek and James Collins.
