It is located in Gladwin County, 3 miles northeast of Meredith. This campground is managed by Wilson State Park . DNR LONGER DESCRIPTION: This secluded, rustic campground is home to 35 campsites near the scenic and wild Trout Lake. The campground is also within the Gladwin Field Trail Area . There is trail access to the nearby Trout Lake Pathway , which is a beautiful 2.8-mile loop. The campground neighbors House Lake State Forest Campground to the south. There are 35 sites for tent and small trailer use. Site 19 is a pull-through site. Camping is limited to a 15-day maximum stay. Amenities include vault toilets and potable water from a hand-pump well. The campground is located 17 miles north of Gladwin via M-18 N and Adams Road.
