A three-sided shelter at the north end of Long Lake, reached by the 0.6-mile Long Lake Trail from the Long Lake Recreation Site. FIREWOOD and a 14-foot SKIFF WITH OARS are provided. Bedding, cooking utensils and PERSONAL FLOTATION DEVICES ARE NOT -- bring your own life jackets if you use the skiff. 28 road miles southeast of Wrangell. No stay limit stated. Restrooms: Outhouse. Water: the page states plainly that potable water is not available at this site.
