Mediocre primitive campsite on hill overlooking lake in Land Between the Lakes, Kentucky. Not far from highway on eastern edge of recreation area. Requires backcountry camping permit. $7 for three nights. Adequate for a few vehicle-supported campers. Moderate amount of trash strewn about. Land Between the Lakes has a vast network of dirt roads worth exploring. Many other camping opportunities. Recommended only if looking for quick and convenient. Excellent cell service.
