BLM's whole description, verbatim: "This is an undeveloped camping area with a low water crossing across Dutch Joe Creek that provides access to the U.S. Forest Service managed Bridger Wilderness. This is a fee-free site." NO FACILITIES ARE DESCRIBED -- no toilet, no table, no fire ring is claimed by BLM. FORD WARNING: the access involves a low water crossing of Dutch Joe Creek; BLM does not say how deep, and Wind River runoff peaks in late spring. ACCESS: Highway 28 to County 23-132 Continental Divide Road, north 24 miles, then BLM 4113 north three miles to the Dutch Joe exclosure. Managed by Rock Springs Field Office, 307-352-0256.
