Modoc does not give this campground a page of its own; it is one of the five campgrounds that make up the Medicine Lake Recreation Area -- the forest's page for that area names them ("Medicine, A.H. Hogue, Hemlock, Headquarters and Schonchin Springs") and posts "$15/single campsite per night", with boat-ramp and swim-beach day use $5 per vehicle. recreation.gov facility 255303 covers the same five campgrounds at $15 standard nonelectric. Headquarters itself is first come, first served -- only 15 sites, in the Medicine and A.H. Hogue loops, can be reserved in advance.
