A free campground with picnic tables, fire rings, and vault toilet in Prescott National Forest, nestled among Jefferson Pines. Close to pavement. Enough room for one or two vehicles. No cell service. Beautiful campground and peaceful during my stay. I weathered a rare severe snow storm here and almost couldn't get out due to accumulation. Strongly recommended. This is 20 minutes from Prescott Valley, but is my favorite place to stay near Prescott.
