BLM's description: "The small vehicle campground is located within the Scab Creek Recreation Area. It provides 12 sites, including one group site. No pack stock are allowed in this campground. Scab Lake trailhead is located at the entrance to the campground, and Scab Creek trailhead is located along the road before entering the campground, at the backpacker parking area. There is a vault toilette and potable water available." [sic] NO PACK STOCK HERE -- stock users want the Large Vehicle Campground ~660 m away, which has corrals. ACCESS: from Pinedale, US 191 south 12 mi, WY 353 east 7 mi, Scab Creek Road 1.45 mi, then Scab Creek Access Road roughly 5.5 mi. NOTE FOR THE REVIEWER: we already carry a "Scab Creek Recreation Area" row ~2.6 km away and a "Scab Creek Primitive Area" row; this is the specific campground inside that area, not a duplicate of either. [sic] BLM's printed Geographic Coordinates are still 42.821269, -109.554511, matching this row to the digit. Cross-checked the same day against gis.blm.gov/arcgis/rest/services/recreation/BLM_Natl_Recreation_Sites_Facilities (layer 8, BLM Natl RIDB Facilities Camping). NAME: BLM titles this page just "Small Vehicle Campground". This row keeps the disambiguated "Scab Creek Small Vehicle Campground" because BLM also publishes a bare "Large Vehicle Campground" 660 m away in the same recreation area -- a deliberate rename, not a mismatch.
