FREE BLM campground on the South Bighorn/Red Wall Back Country Byway, about 2.6 km north of Buffalo Creek Campground. FEE, BLM's own Fees section: "No Fee." The description repeats it: "There are no fees associate with this campground; nor is water available at this campground. Campsites are first come, first served." [sic] SITES: "twelve camping sites with RV parking and tent pads, two camping sites for tents only with parking and tent pads, vault toilet, tables and fire rings. The site is ADA accessible." That is 14 sites -- the biggest free BLM campground on this byway. ACCESS: "From Arminto, take the South Bighorn/Red Wall Back Country Byway north for 13.5 miles ot Bighorn Mountain road. Turn left and go 12 miles north to the campground on the left." [sic] BLM's standard stay limit on Wyoming public land is 14 days; where BLM states it on the site's own page it is quoted below. BLM does not print a stay limit on this page.
