Peaceful, free, well-maintained Los Burros Campground in Sitgreaves National Forest. Part grassy, part wooded, with nice rolling mountains. Vault toilets and camping pads with fire rings and picnic tables. Saw elk, coyote, and cattle. No water. Very serene and unspoiled. The surrounding wilderness is worthy of overland exploration. Visit Alan Allen in his fire tower atop Lake Mountain. Highly recommended. Bring your mountain bike. Poor cell service.
